Hit your best shot to make your dream come true.The prizes are Gift vouchers of 15000/- Hole-in-One-2023 (During club Tournament days ) or Gift Voucher of Rs 10000/- Hole-in-One (Any day Golf ) and Hole-in-One-2023 Trophy with name inscribed as shown in the Trophy.

Rules of the Challenge for National Hole-in-One 2023

FORMAT STROKE PLAY
The stroke Must be played during a Stipulated round of 18 holes & can be scored in any Club Competition, Specified Tour or General Play, anyday anytime
ELIGIBILITY Open to all Amateurs, Professional & Junior Golfers
TEES The hole-in-one must be achieved off the respective club tees set up for both Ladies and Men.
PLAYING SESSIONS 01 January 2023 to 30 June 2023
ENTRIES Players become officially registered competitors in the event completing the Registration on the website.
LAST DATE Entries close on Friday, 30 June 2023
ENTRY FEE Minimum Charity amount Rs 500/-(You may donate more)
INFORMATION FOR VERIFICATION Letter from Management Committee of the Hole-in-One inclusive of the information as mentioned :
• Golfer!s Name
• Golf Club at which the Hole-in-One was achieved
• Tee played from
• Date of Hole-in-One
• Time of Hole-in-One
• Hole Number with yardage. Minimum distance should be 140 yards
• Club Official!s Printed Name and Signature
ACCEPTED VERIFICATION • Email/ Letter on respective Golf Club Stationery.
• Scanned copy (both sides) of Scorecard.
• Scorecard must be attested by at least Two fellow competitors and One official of the Golf Course.
GENERAL CRITERIAL 1) The competition shall be governed by the rules of golf as approved by the R&A Rules Limited and the local rules printed on the tournament score card.
2) A Hole in one made during an interrupted round (Weather,Illness etc) shall also be accepted.
3) The ball is considered Holed with reference to the Definition “Holed”and its Interpretation 1/2. (When a ball is at rest in the hole after a stroke and the entire ball is below the surface of the putting green). For special case of a ball resting against the flagstick in the 13.2c applies ( ball is treated as holed if any part of the ball is below the surface of the putting green)
4) All decisions concerning the running and administration of the National Hole-in-One Charity Golf Challenge 2023 rest with the committee in all matters is final and binding on all competitors.
TIES If more than One Golfer achieves Hole-in-One on a particular day between 01 January 2023 to 30 June 2023,Timing of the Hole-in-One will be considered.Trophy will go to the first, however Cash Voucher will be equally distributed.
PRIZES 1) Trophy & Gift Voucher of Rs 15000/- Hole-in-One (During club Tournament days )
2) Trophy & Gift Voucher of Rs 10000/- Hole-in-One (Any day Golf )
(The Prize will be delivered by the courier at Permanent home address provided by the Golfer in the Registration form)
